I. OUR RATES
* Our rates are valid for booking made through our websites NOT direct to the hotel or other sites.
* Our internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges & breakfast
* Room rates are per room per night and quoted in USD, unless stated otherwise.
* Special package rates are per room per package
* Sightseeing tours, spa, water sport, adventures are quoted per person
* Self Drive Rent car rates are per car per day based on 24 hours.

II. CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season (Normal Season ):
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
* Early check out will be charged one night room value

High Season Period (July - August):
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
* Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
* Early check out will be charged two nights room value

Peak Season Period ( 20 December - 05 January ):
* One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
* Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
* Full nights room reserved will be charged for any cancellation within 7 days prior arrival 
* No refund for early check out .

III. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
* All confirmed booking need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master) or deposit transfer
* We will not charge your credit card before your arrival, unless any cancellation as per hotel policy
* Our final confirmation email is treated as booking confirmation, we will not issue any hotel voucher.
  

IV. PAYMENT PROCEDURES :

BOOKING GUARANTEED :
* Can be done by a deposit / payment transfer via T.T (telegraphic transfer) to our Bank.
* Or sending your own valid credit card copy by fax and completing the authorization statement form.

REST OF PAYMENT:
* We will contact you to collect the rest of payment either by cash or credit card during your stay.
* Otherwise, we will let you know if the payment should be direct to the hotel at our confirmed rates.
* An additional bank charge will be applied for the payment by credit card.
